tuxedodoom is the pseudonym used by Claudia Taccia, painter and illustrator.
The project has its origin into contrasts: it’s the product coming from mixing the stormy and dark in life, with the brightest colours. It is the deepest fellings solidifying. The layering of different techniques is used to achieve the characteristic texture, the acrylic dream.
Currently collaborating with several Galleries, her works are displayed at M.A.D.S. Art Gallery Milano, at The Holy Art Gallery London, featured on Contemporary Art Curator Magazine and awarded with the International Art Award 2021.
Since 2020, tuxedodoom is collaborating with the contemporary musician Nàresh Ran, in a sonorized painting project named TAKE ZERO, then produced by the label Bleu Audio Records; in 2021 the project has been developed and performed during Concentrico Art Festival, the artistic residence curated by Andrea Saltini in Carpi (MO).
